Resetting Passwords
See our guidelines on password security when setting new passwords, or if Insight is asking you to pick a more secure password.
Change your password
If you're already logged in, you can change your password under the My Account menu in the top right of the screen.
Forgotten your password?
If you can't log in and need to reset your password, head to the login page of Insight at https://app.insighttracking.com/login and click Forgotten your password?
On the next screen, enter the email address you normally use to log into Insight and click Send link to reset password.
You should shortly receive an email to your address containing a link to reset your password. The email will come from support@insighttracking.com:
If nothing comes through within the hour, please check your spam/clutter folders, and get in touch for further help.
