Technical support | You can access support by telephone or email from Insight by clicking Help > Contact Us. We have a team of friendly experts ready to help. Phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am - 4pm, and we aim to reply to emails within 1 working day. |
Training and Webinars | If you’d like training, or just a general refresher about Insight, click the Help menu in Insight to book a free session via Help > Training and Consultation > Online Insight Training. We periodically run free webinars to refresh your knowledge of Insight's tools and offer training on new features. Keep an eye on Insight's Home screen or find information here. |
Data Consultation | To discuss any aspect of school data including statutory assessment, measuring progress, ASP, IDSR, standardised tests, reporting to governors, and monitoring pupils with SEND, grab the chance to chat with our resident data experts from Insight Inform. Book for free via Insight's Help menu at Help > Training and Consultation > Insight Inform Data Surgery. |
