Filters & Groups: Joined In Year Group
Particularly where there is high mobility, it can be useful to identify pupils who have spent different amounts of time in your setting.
The Joined In Year Group filter, and Group By, enable you to do this.
Select Joined In Year Group from the Filter Pupils menu. A sub-menu containing two items will be displayed.
Homegrown
These are displayed in the Demographics report, but may be useful to identify as part of other analysis.
Joined In Year Group
This allows you to filter pupils who started in any year group(s) in your setting
Both Homegrown and Joined In Year Group may be used in the Group Pupils tool also.
