Sorting within formative assessments

You can easily sort your objectives or pupils when entering formative assessments.
The first step is to navigate to Objectives, setting any filters and loading the grid to get started.
Once the grid loads, you can choose to sort pupils or objectives.
Click the three line menu next to the year objectives you are interested in.
Two sort options are available:
Sort pupils by security
This function will put the pupils in order, from left to right, with the most Red (0) objectives first, then most Oranges (1), then Greens (2), then Blues (3).
It is designed to help identify pupils who have secured the fewest to the most objectives in that section.
Sort objectives by security
This function will put the objectives in order, from top to bottom, with the most Red (0) objectives at the top, then most Oranges (1), then Greens (2), then Blues (3).
It is designed to help identify objectives that have been secured by the fewest to the most pupils.
