Capturing images from Insight Reports

To capture an image of a report in Insight, we recommend using the Snip & Sketch tool, which is built into Windows 10. This allows you to select any portion of the screen to capture as an image. This image is copied to the clipboard, so it's easy to paste into another location, such as a Word document. The captured imaged can also be saved as a file.

If you are using an older version of Windows, then you may need to use the older Snipping Tool.
Older versions of Insight did feature a Download button on reports, which saved the whole report as an image file. However, this feature was slow and often unreliable, so we decided to remove it in favour of the much better Windows tool.
