Phone call verification

Insight provides telephone support on 020 3393 4005 (Mon – Fri, 9:00am – 4:00pm).

When you call for support, if we require access to your school or trust's Insight system, then we'll first ask you to verify yourself. This is a data protection measure to ensure we're accessing the correct school.

To verify, you must be logged into your Insight account. In the menu bar, click Help > Contact Us, then click Verify Me.

This sends your name and school details to the support team, so they can access the correct account.

If you're not able to access your school's Insight account for verification purposes, we'll request that you email in from your account's email address, or ask someone with access to contact us.
