Exporting assessment data from other systems

We're often asked to give advice on how to export historical data out of other systems. Unfortunately we're not able to advise on the use of other software, but encourage you to contact other providers directly for support.
Under the rules of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), your previous system should have provided you with a contract including clauses stating that "the processor must delete or return all personal data to the controller (at the controller’s choice) at the end of the contract." (You can see the ICO's guidance here). As a data processor, they have an obligation to return your data to you, the data controller.
